Road Show
NJ Highlands Coalition Educational Display
We enjoy presenting Highlands history and discussing Highlands issues to municipal officials, boards and commissions, environmental and watershed organizations, civic, community, business and faith-based groups and schools. Our presentations are customized to the interests and knowledge level of the audience.
We often show the award-winning 30-minute high definition documentary by NJN, Highlands Rediscovered as a springboard for an open discussion (we bring everything except a screen), or we can customize our presentation to suit specific audiences.
Presentations in 2012 have included, Kinnelon Public Library, Boonton Township Municipal Building; Rockaway Valley Garden Club; Alexandria Township Committee and Planning Board; Denville Township; Meadowlands Commission, Lydhurst; Weequahic Park, Newark; Garden Club of Glen Rock; Adath Shalom Interfaith Group, Morris Plains; Whippany River Watershed Action Committee.
