NJDEP Requests Public Comment on New Inland Flood Protection Rules

On December 5, 2022, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) published its official proposal for the Inland Flood Protection Rules. These new rules apply to Stormwater Management and the Flood Hazard Area Control Act.
